After the Sale
When you decide to do business with Turner we want it to be a lifelong relationship. We will be here when you need us for a replacement part, new fan, or simply to answer questions about your greenhouse. Just ask our customers, whose repeat business account for approximately 25% of our sales.
What about assembly?
Every Turner Greenhouse comes with a detailed set of plans. In addition, our customer service representatives and staff have over 60 years of combined experience and are ready and able to help answer questions and solve problems over the phone.
How is my product or greenhouse delivered?
Orders for accessories are usually shipped via UPS. Greenhouses and larger equipment items are shipped by truck or you can pick up your order at our plant. We would love to meet you in person! Always call first to check on availability, and to give us time to gather your items from stock.
Can I add more square footage to my greenhouse?
Yes…this is what makes us different! Once you begin enjoying your greenhouse, you may find that you want to expand your space. You can always add length to any of our greenhouse models in four foot increments. Also, you can add doors, or omit walls upon ordering. Just give us a call and we can walk you through it.
